Agreement to Terms

Welcome to NextStep Santee Towing. By using our towing and roadside assistance services, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all customers who request, schedule, or receive services from NextStep Santee Towing in Santee, CA and surrounding areas.

Services Provided

NextStep Santee Towing provides emergency towing, roadside assistance, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, winching, junk car removal, and heavy-duty towing services.

We make every effort to arrive promptly and provide safe, professional service. However, arrival times may vary based on traffic, weather, and service demand. We are not liable for delays beyond our reasonable control.

Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for all charges related to the services you request.

Prices are based on the type of service, distance, vehicle type, and time of day. You will receive an estimate before we begin work. Additional fees may apply for services outside our standard service area or for specialized equipment needs.

Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your vehicle and location when requesting service. You are responsible for removing all personal belongings from your vehicle before towing.

NextStep Santee Towing is not responsible for items left in your vehicle during transport. You must ensure that your vehicle is legally yours or that you have proper authorization to request towing services.

Liability and Insurance

We carry appropriate insurance for our towing operations. While we take every precaution to protect your vehicle during transport, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, mechanical failures, or issues that occur due to the condition of your vehicle.

Our liability is limited to damage directly caused by our negligence during the towing process. You should contact your auto insurance provider regarding coverage for towing services.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your service request, please call us as soon as possible at (619) 703-0992. Cancellation fees may apply if our driver has already been dispatched to your location.

Disputes and Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can address the issue. We want to make things right.

Any disputes that cannot be resolved directly will be handled according to California state laws in San Diego County.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The most current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services after changes means you accept the updated terms.
